Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Otero County Commissioners will be offering a call-in option for those who wish to attend the meeting remotely and to continue social distancing practices. In-person meetings will still be held in the Bauserman room on Monday afternoons.

Due to our offices reducing to 50% capacity and to the recent increase in COVID-19 cases, starting Monday, November 16, 2020, we will be accepting customers by appointment only until further notice.
All motor vehicle renewals will be placed in the (elections) drop off box located in the south parking lot.

A few months ago we established Colorado COVID Legal Relief, a public/private partnership of the organizations highlighted below to offer FREE legal aid to Colorado small businesses facing challenges due to COVID19. In that time, we have assisted over 100 business owners navigate through these uncertain times with the assistance of volunteer lawyers from over 70 firms across the state. We know there are more businesses out there facing increasing challenges due to the pandemic.
