Please click here for 1041 Application OTERO COUNTY LAND USE CODE NEW FEES The same application fees for land use changes have been charged by the County for many years. The fees for most applications will now be $75.00, except that major subdivisions, cluster developments, Planed Unit Development, vacation plats and oil and gas operations applications have been changed to cover the actual costs of the review and action upon the application. INSTRUCTIONS FOR VIEWING LAND USE CODE DOCUMENTS To view the Otero County Land Use Code requires Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be downloaded for free at http://www.adobe.com/downloads/. Upon opening the Land Use Code, click on the Article headers in bold to open a specific Article document. Once the Article document is opened, click on the Bookmark Tab on the left side of the Adobe Reader. This allows navigation to specific Divisions and Sections within the Article document.
